I am a trial attorney at Gruenberg Law. I fight businesses for the rights of employees who have been subjected to unlawful discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation. I fight those businesses that put profit margins above the rights of their most important assets, their employees. I am a native Spanish speaker, and routinely counsel clients in that language.
As trial counsel at Gruenberg Law, I have accumulated a track record of standing up to businesses that violate the law. As a member of Gruenberg Law, I have obtained the following victories, among others:
- a $795,000 result for a pregnancy discrimination and equal pay case;
- a $217,000 result for a sexual harassment and retaliation case;
- a $200,000 result for a pregnancy discrimination case;
- a $475,000 result for a discrimination and retaliation case.
In 2019, Josh Pang and I received a $1.1 million jury verdict for a janitor who suffered disability discrimination by her employer, a large national company. It was the second largest civil rights jury verdict in San Diego County in 2019.
I am a daughter of immigrants, mama to my beautiful daughter, Olivia, and a tireless advocate for the rights of those who usually do not have a voice. I am passionate about employees' rights.
