Michael has worked as a contract attorney and created various contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements and in-house contracts, as well as protecting their intellectual property rights and composing talent engagement agreements. He has worked on matters including client tax liability, proposed and pending pre-litigation documents, estate and trust planning, and corporation creation and maintenance, as well as negotiating with the IRS, state, and local institutions in reaching agreements concerning the payment of tax liabilities and penalties. As a part of a major retail chain, he handled copyright infringement issues and reviewed documents relating to the sale and acquisition of certain corporate entities. He has worked on cases dealing with land use, environmental protection and conservation, cultural resource impacts and general real property law issues. Also, drafted employment contracts for various production companies. Has previously  handled clients’ insurance policies and probate issues concerning claims of life insurance.
