Mark Randall Velasquez

I am committed to providing affordable legal counsel with an emphasis on personal service, and outstanding results.  I practice a wide range of business and civil litigation including, but not limited to business formations, contracts, civil litigation, product liability, aviation law, premises liability, employment law, and administrative law.

Prior to beginning my practice I worked as an associate with the law firm of Wesierski & Zurek, LLP on a wide array of insurance defense cases including car accidents, dental malpractice, homeowners association disputes, and real estate disputes.  I previously worked for the San Diego law firm of Michell and Gilleon on cases involving personal injury, defamation, employment disputes, contract disputes, and medical malpractice claims.  While in law school, I represented persons charged with misdemeanor and domestic violence crimes with the Public Defender's Office, and advised persons with landlord/tenant issues in the Sacramento County Unlawful Detainer Clinic.

I have over ten years of experience in the aviation field.  Prior to attending law school I flight instructed for San Diego Flight Training International.  I then became a Captain for AirNet Express, flying express mail and hazardous materials across the county.  My last assignment was as a First Officer for American Eagle Airlines flying international routes throughout the Caribbean islands, and within the Southwest United States.
