Luis Oscar Osuna

Luis O. Osuna is a life-long San Diego native with strong ties to Mexico.  He lived in Tijuana, Mexico, for the first five years of his life before his family moved to San Diego.  Having family in Mexico, he has maintained a close personal relationship with Mexico and has firsthand knowledge of what it is like to navigate the complexities of U.S. immigraton law.  

Mr. Osuna is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  He also received a Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego.  While at California Western School of Law, he was a Diversity Scholarship Recipient and was awarded the Pro Bono and Public Service Honors Society Award.  Furthermore, he gained invaluable criminal defense and immigration law experience working for various private law firms and non-profit organizations.  

Today, in additon to providing quality and attentive service to his clients, Mr. Osuna is actively involved with the San Diego community through his work as Co-Chair of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association's Community Outreach & Services Committee.  He is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Immigration Law section and the Criminal Defense Bar Association.
