Keith is the Best - Seriously

Keith Zakarin is the only attorney that I refer my clients to. Consistently, he provides excellent service, is responsive, personable, knowledgeable in several areas.....but most importantly, there is no one that knows the private postsecondary sector better than Keith. If a school is in trouble, t...hey would be crazy not to hire Keith. Keith has also assisted my business with matters pertaining to trademark infringement, discharging employees, and other HR issues.

Logical Approach to Issues with Fair and Insightful Perspectives

Keith has been working with our company for years and I can always count on him or anyone of his associates to lead us down the most sensible path on any given issue. He tells it like it is and is always looking for resolutions that are in the best interests of all parties without long and drawn out... solutions. His advice and counsel is always well researched and delivered with a conviction that only gives us more confidence about the direction we should be taking. I am privileged to have the opportunity to name Keith Zakarin as my attorney and would recommend him to anyone. If he isn't the right person for the issue, you can be well assured that he will find the person who is.

Relationship: Co-worker

"Keith is bright, extremely knowledgeable and effective. He really does live and breathe education law and it shows in the results of his work. His clients are happy not just because of his keen understanding of education law, but because he understands the interplay between education law and the realities of the education business. Keith helps clients map out where they want to be, and then he gets them there."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I've known and worked with Keith since he first began practicing law. He has one of the most acute analytical minds of any lawyer I know, and a warning to would-be opponents that he an extremely worthy adversary. But Keith is also a problem solver who always tries to find practical ways to advance his clients' interests. As for raw talent, I just don't know that many lawyers who wrote the brief, argued the case, and won in the U.S. Supreme Court."

"Undoubtedly one of the smartest attorneys I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He is uniquely able to strategically dissect issues and problems -- to the advantage of his clients and to the disadvantage of those opposing him. He is a brilliant advocate who is truly an unparalleled expert in his field."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Ketih is an extraordinarily fine lawyer. Rarely in my career have I had the opportunity to oppose counsel as tenacious and incredibly smart as Keith. In an extremely challenging and highly publicized case, we pursued every factual and procedural tool at our disposal, always adhering to the highest level of civility and professionalism attainable. He is creative, quick and a true asset to all of his clients. I am extremely proud that, many years later, that I am now his partner."
