Happy New Years and bring on 2024 all thanks to Joseph and his hands on approach with my case. I heard Mr. Seipel talking to another individual downtown one day and asked if he was an attorney. He let me know he was and I explained my situation to him. He let me know that he could probably help me an...d gave me one of his cards. I called him later that week and went over all the details of my case with him and sent him over a little paperwork. He reviewed everything that I had sent him and called me to let me know that he would be willing to take on my case and all the fees that would be involved. He had already spent a couple hours on my case before we ever even talked about money. He knows I could've ended up never choosing him as my attorney and he still was helping me out as much as he could. Well after reviewing the fees I decided to choose him as my lawyer and I am sure glad that I did. He was very attentive and proactive throughout my entire case. He made me feel comfortable and not so stressed out once I chose him as my attorney because I knew he was going to get the job done. He did exactly what he said he was going to do throughout my whole ordeal and was there anytime I had a question or was just freaking out because of my anxiety. The outcome of my case was better than I could have ever imagined and I couldn't have done it without Mr. Seipel. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family for sure. I wouldn't even have to recommend him actually because they have all heard the great stuff I have said about him and they all know the outstanding outcome of my case because of him. I had never been in trouble with the law before. In fact, I have worked many years in the criminal justice system. A few weeks ago, I was arrested on some accusations that were completely made up and utterly false. After speaking with many law firms around San Diego I was recommended to the law firm ...that Mr. Seipel works for. After my conversation with him I knew that he was someone I could put my faith in. My case was simple yet complex. It involved a criminal arrest and then the city of San Diego added on civil accusations for no reason. I hired Mr. Seipel for the criminal charges but could not afford any help with my civil case. Mr. Seipel took care of the criminal charges and helped guide me along with the many questions that I had regarding the civil accusations that the city of San Diego was alleging against me. Not only did he know his job and guide me in the right direction, but he also did so while exuding admirable morals and integrity. I am hurt by the incident and wrongful arrest that I had to endure but I am happy and proud to have been able to interact with Mr. Seipel during its resolution.
