Joseph Crane Lavelle

Accomplishments

Mr. Lavelle has extensive jury trial experience and has been responsible for more than $20 million in jury verdicts and settlements.  His practice focuses primarily on the representation of plaintiffs throughout California in personal injury and wrongful death cases.  Lavelle Law Group also represent clients in business and general civil litigation matters.

His career highlights include a $10.6 million personal injury verdict on behalf of a family injured by a pizza deivery driver, a $1.7 million insurance bad faith case, a $1.75 million injury case in Old Town, a $1.3 million design defect premises case, a $1.4 million semi-tractor trailer injury, a $1.25 million taxi cab injury, a $1.6 million elderly auto accident victim, $775,000 for a family injured on the I-405 freeway in Los Angeles, $300, for a couple who suffered food poisoning in a fast food restaurant, in excess of $200, each for two customers who were injured while receiving pedicures, and numerous additional six and seven figure verdicts and settlements.
