Jill Suzanne Chilcoat

I am a third-generation native San Diegan and have been with Lincoln, Gustafson & Cercos since 2001. I was originally a summer clerk with the firm during law school and have remained with the firm ever since.  I became a Partner with the firm in 2012.  I received my law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. I have developed a broad practice, including civil litigation focusing on insurance coverage, wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, employer liability, liquor liability, construction liability, Americans with Disabilities Act liability, class action defense, and many other areas of litigation. I also handle business consulting, compliance, and formation, wills and trusts, property tax matters, contracts, leases, and other non-litigation matters. I am admitted to practice law in all of the California courts and all of the Federal District Courts within California.
