James Michael Peterson

This guy is a disgrace to his profession. I hired him awhile ago (when he was with Good, Hemme and Peterson) . He was completely unknowledgeable! Opposing counsel ran circles around him. The pleadings he did produce where loaded with typos, blunders, wrong dates and misspelled words. Information... shared with him under the guise of the attorney-client privilege, meant nothing to him, which he openly shared with opposing counsel, much to my detriment. I am still seething from his representation and complete ineptness... He was eventually a party defendant to an attorney malpractice lawsuit.. where he and his associates paid in excess of $63,000. Even at this amount, he got off cheap and was nowhere near the mental aggravation suffered by me as a result of his poor representation. AVOID AVOID AVOID, there are plenty of other attorneys you can choose from.
