William A. Leonard, Chapter 7 Panel Trustee

I have retained Mr. Hill to represent me personally and to represent estates, in which I am the trustee/receiver. My association goes back in excess of 13 years. He is knowledgeable, listens intently and is focused on results. While our main interaction has been bankruptcy related, Mr. Hill has bee...n very responsive helpful in cases involving business (structures, reorganization, merger), contract, securities and real estate. He stands "head and shoulders" above his peers.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I HAVE BEEN A BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE, STATE AND FEDERAL RECEIVER FOR THE PAST 40 YEARS. FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS I HAVE RETAINED JIM HILL TO REPRESENT ME. I FIND HIM TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RESPONSIVE. AS A FORENSIC ACCOUNTANT AM APPOINTED IN COMPLEX CASES AND MR. HILL HANDLES THEM WITH GREAT SKILL. HIS... ABILITY TO RESEARCH THE PROBLEM AND FILE CONVINCING PLEADINGS HAVE HELPED ME TO PREVAIL IN MANY CASES. I HAVE APPEARED IN COURT WITH MR. HILL AND FOUND THE COURT TO COMPLIMENT HIM ON THE PLEADINGS THAT HE HAS FILED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, AS A CLIENT I AM GREATLY PLEASED. I WOULD RECOMMEND MR. HILL TO ANYONE THAT WAS IN NEED OF AN ATTORNEY.
