Since I was first admitted to the bar in Arizona in 1981, the bulk of my practice has been commercial litigation, representing in a wide variety of cases business people and businesses ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies.

For about the last ten years, I have worked on a variety of trust and estate litigation matters in the State of California.

Immediately after law school, I spent a year working as a judicial clerk for the then Vice Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court. Since then, I have worked on appellate cases through the court systems of Arizona, Nevada, and California, the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court

I currently serve as an arbitrator for FINRA, and I also have experience as an advocate for clients in both securities and general civil litigation arbitrations.
