He is the worst attorney I have ever encountered in my life. I am working diligently to make sure we send detailed complaint to state bar we are gathering lots of evidence. I have very strong evidence he worked for the other side. He gave me harmful legal advice and coerced me for months to do somet...hing that was detrimental to my case! He demanded I sign an arbitration agreement for my employment case. He laughed at my questions, told me I had a horrible case (after I signed it.) He Admitted he never read my case. He Got angry when I submitted too much evidence. Became furious when I reached out to government agencies to assist with my case. Ignored my requests to verify if the arbitration agreement I signed upon employment was valid and called, text emailed at least 50 times over a period of 3 months badgering both me (and my wife!) to sign the arbitration agreement. Even on a Sunday! But it’s okay because I have all the texts, emails, and call logs. I am working diligently build a rock solid case to file a complaint against Jamal. Anyone out there reading this review please heed my words. Also he quit our case letting us know - in an email - he stated he was withdrawing our case within a week if i did not find another attorney but he never withdrew our case!! That was after forcing me to sign an arbitration agreement I never wanted to sign to begin with! Then 4 months later - guess what?!?! We were told by the other attorney (who used an AAA arbitration Secretary to communicate ) we had to get a new employment attorney real quick for this arbitration meeting! Sounds like collaboration to me!! She knew he never withdrew the case! Even though he sent me an email stating he was quiting if I did not find an attorney in a week he would withdraw my case. He never did withdrew my case! You cannot find an attorney who will take an arbitration employment case! But since Jamal MADE me sign this additional arbitration agreement we had to find someone and thankfully we found a friend attorney who does not specialize in this field but none the less is working so hard and doing such a great job! We owe him our life! Me and my wife have been living pure hell for over two years and we truly believe both attorneys collaborated together to make our case have a horrible outcome for me!! More than one attorney will be sent complaints to the state bar with the evidence I have! We are both senior citizens too! God help us! It’s not over yet! The hell continues! The pain we have experience is more than you can put into words! Thanks to Jamal!! Also he will not give me the additional arbitration agreements he coerced me to sign! I am not very computer literate and I signed it on my phone with bad eye sight because he coerced me for months. Also we did not get the personnel files from Jamal after we demanded it in an email until just recently and the employers attorney was furious our new attorney got the personnel files! Now she requested a 10 hour deposition for both me and my wife which we do not have the money for!! God help us! More evidence they were working together and thought it would be a slam dunk case without us having the employee personnel files showing I was a good employee when I was wrongfully terminated!
