J Daniel Holsenback

Dan Holsenback is a UC Davis-educated, Gray Cary-trained, AV-rated, trial lawyer in practice since 1989. He has tried more than thirty cases before juries, judges, and arbitrators, obtaining six-and-seven-figure verdicts and judgments and successfully defending clients against six-and-seven-figure claims. Mr. Holsenback is a certified member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and he has been annually named one of the Daily Transcript’s San Diego County Top 25 Attorneys since 2007.

Dan Holsenback has represented many individuals who have suffered harm at the hands of others and caused many such cases to settle before trial and has taken others to trial and prevailed. One case involved a wrongful death caused by improper removal of a vascular catheter, causing respiratory distress and, ultimately death. Another case involved food poisoning which caused debilitating neurological deficits. Dan settled that case for a significant 7-figure amount for his plaintiff-client.
