The "DREAM" Act did not pass. What we have is "DACA". It is not "Immigration Reform" yet!
DACA does not have a drug test requirement.

You need to do your own research. I don't think a diploma obtained online is valid for DACA filing purposes. Check with a lawyer in your area.

You'll need to ger a new I-20 issued to you. Ask your foreign student advisor as to what should be done.

Exactly the same as the process was to get your first consular L1 visa, unless you did not have the DS-160 "electronically" filed online last time....
