I just wanted to write that Attorney Diaz is an excellent attorney and represented me in an case that caused me a lot of sleepless nights. I liked that he always returned my emails and took his time to answer all my questions and relieve some of the stress. My ex filed legal documents against me tell...ing the judge all the lies about me harassing her etc. I couldn’t believe people could just write lies and the court issued a protection order against me, I could not even see my children and I felt my life was crumbling, When I talked to attorney Diaz he told me what we needed to do and he explained things very well. We filed a long response that were all factual and which dealt with each and every lie that my ex used to keep my children away from me. Attorney Diaz made me feel like “we would win” even before we had the hearing. Attorney Diaz talked to me several times while he wrote down the legal documents stating my side of the case. He was very good in court, when he started asking my ex questions about her allegations her attorney would “abject” and try to stop the questioning but the judge kept saying “over ruled” and even told the other attorney that they were making too many abjections. Attorney Diaz then started making really good questions, very precise and my ex didn’t have the answers. After the hearing I thought Attorney Diaz did a very perfect job. The judge took a break and we had to wait like 20 minutes. Then when he came back he dismissed the restraining order in full and after dismissing the restraining order the judge even said that my ex was not believable because attorney Diaz had caught her in a big lie. Attorney Diaz asked her the same important question at the end of the questioning and my ex stated a different answer than what she had written on her legal documents, so the judge basically said she was either lying in court, or did not have enough memory to support a restraining order. I ended up hiring Attorney Diaz to represent me in my full divorce case and he did his job with professionalism and kept me in the loop, He reunited me with my children which is why I decided to give him a good review, and would refer him to anyone who needs a good attorney.

Mr. Diaz was my lawyer for two cases. IT was a big divorce and my ex made a restraining order against me. I was surprised at the restraining order and went to see 4 or 5 attorneys.. Mr. Diaz was the only one that seemed to talk to me about the truth, and didn't try to confuse me with legal terms I d...id not understand. He spoke straight and direct. so I hired him. That was best decision since he filed papers immediately in court and sent papers to my ex before the restraining order hearing. We went to the hearing and Mr. Diaz knew everyone in court and explained to me that he would do most of the talking because he had filed some papers called discovery and that they would be the way we would win. The judge asks my ex a couple of questions,and my ex started yellling again and saying all these lies about me hitting her and my children. (my children had been taking away because she filed the temporary restraining order) Mr. Diaz then argued something about the discovery and why she hadn't answered certain questions, and why she was changing her testimoney and finally he caught her in several lies, with my wife just mad and saying she didn't remember or know etc. the judge threw out the restraining order and said my wife had to pay me $500 in attorneys fees. Mr. Diaz always returned my calls and emails and did his job like a professional. He got me everything I wanted from the divorce,, and the most important, my kids, he got me half custody of my kids. a lot of people had told me this couldn't be done because I was a working dad and my ex was only a student, but Mr. Diaz got it, and got my spousal support dismissed because of credits the judge gave me for supporting my wife through school. Mr. Diaz is a great attorney and i would recommend him if you want to win your case. I told Mr. Diaz I would refer him everyone I knew and would write good things about him if he reduced my fee. He just laughed,, but I was kidding it was worth it and I would use his services again if I needed an attorney.
