I was going through a rough time dealing with unfair treatment and racial issues with a former employer. I was refered to this attorney for an EEO case. I had to do all the running around and research for him. Then I guess he felt bad and took another part of my case for a "flat fee." Big mistake! I constantly have to follow up with this guy. To call him lazy is an understatement. There has been no cor...respondence from him regarding my case unless I send him an email ( and that usually takes two or three). Be careful, this guy will take you to the bank! You're better off representing yourself.
