Gets results.

I was cited for Possession of a dangerous weapon all the way down in Kelso, WA (2 hr drive from Bellevue) and was referred to Daniel by a friend. I called him up and he was very nice and professional. He answered all the questions I had and laid out my options. My hearing date was a couple days after... I called him, so the next day he drove all the way down to Kelso just to introduce himself to the Judge and familiarize himself w/ the courts; and because of this we didn't need to go to the first hearing. The prosecutor made us an offer if I pled guilty to the charge and paid a fine of $500 I would receive no jail time. Daniel negotiated to have the charges dropped w/ 20 hrs of community service and $500 fine. Needless to say this was an amazing deal. When we went to the hearing yesterday we got to the courtroom early and Daniel, in a last-ditch effort spoke w/ the prosecutor and got the $500 fine dropped as well. Daniel was professional and easy to get along with the entire time I worked with him. He kept me in the loop, and was quick to respond during the whole process. He went out of his way to ensure he got me the best result possible and I would highly recommend Daniel as an attorney.
