Biography
I am a seasoned civil litigator with over 28 years of experience seeking justice for his clients throughout California, Nevada and other states. I represent individuals and their families to help them achieve justice in injury and wrongful death cases, financial elder abuse cases, will and trust disputes, business disputes, and real estate disputes.
I started my career working for law firms that were retained by insurance companies and large corporations to defend against claims bought by injured persons or against small businesses. I soon realized he was on the wrong side of justice and switched my practice to exclusively represent injured persons and small business-persons. Before I switched, I saw the techniques and tactics used by insurance companies and large corporations to dehumanize and avoid fully compensating injured persons. I now use that experience and knowledge to defeat the defense tactics and to get full and fair compensation for my clients.
I insist on having direct involvement with each of my clients and their cases. My passion for justice and my care and commitment to my clients and their well-being have been and will continue to be my motivation and the key to my success.
