My accident happened in San Diego but I live in Las Vegas, even with the distance they didn't skip a beat. I would receive text and call updates and even calls from Dan himself just checking in with me to see how everything was processing and how I was feeling. This is an amazing group of people that... have nothing but your best interest in mind. At the end of the process Dan called personally to go over everything and see if I had any questions before I signed. They are very detailed oriented! Charlotte was amazing as well! She never made me feel like I was bugging her with my million and one questions. She was always available day or night no matter the time I texted. I can't say enough about how amazing and positive she always was when we spoke. Charlotte would go over all aspects and different viewpoints with me to help me make the best decisions possible. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for how much they went above and beyond for me in a difficult situation. I can't thank them enough!
