This "lawyer" is incompetent and irresponsible. He ignored numerous pieces of important information pertinent to my case, he did not follow my instructions necessary for the accuracy of the documents he was supposed to prepare. He did not give me advance notice about a meeting mandated by the Court a...nd did not give me a chance to review and edit the documents presented at that meeting. As a consequence, the documents were grossly incomplete and flowed. He never failed to send me invoices on time though. If you hire this person to represent you, be prepared for a disaster. The owner of the firm he is the member of, Donald R Holben, is not any different. He had no choice but to acknowledge Mr. Rosenberry's miserable records on my case, nevertheless he refused to correct the invoices for the services I did not receive. Both Rosenberry and Holben only care about getting paid without providing the minimum services one would have the right to expect from professionals.
