Alyssa Paige Sarbacher

Alyssa P. Sarbacher is a Dual-Barred Civil Litigation Attorney, who is admitted to practice law in California and Nevada.  Alyssa primarily works in San Diego, California. She has handled cases for individuals and entities in a wide variety of practice areas, including but not limited to: insurance defense, construction defect, professional liability, personal injury, real estate, products and premise liability, contract disputes, and employment.

Alyssa is a member in the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Defense Lawyers, and Nevada Bar Association. Ms. Sarbacher was a nominee for the Top Young Attorney for 2014 via the San Diego Daily Transcript. Recently, Ms. Sarbacher was appointed to the 2016 Forum For Emerging Lawyers/SDCBA executive committee.

Ms. Sarbacher earned her B.A. in Political Science, with distinction/honors, and a minor in Economics and Pre-Law from the University of Nevada-Reno in 2008.  She earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law and graduated, cum laude, in 2011. As a student at California Western School of Law, Alyssa earned various academic honors, which includes but is not limited to: multiple semesters on the Dean’s List and Academic Achievement Awards.  Further, Alyssa served the local community as the Co-Executive Director of the SBA Community Outreach Program, which offered various volunteer programs throughout San Diego County. She was honored for her services and was inducted into the Pro Bono Honors Society.  Alyssa also tutored first year law students during her second and third year of law school. From 2011 to 2013, Alyssa was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Valorie J. Vega for the Eighth Judicial District Court.
