Michael Gary Perdue

As an attorney, Mike currently works as a Business/Trust/Real Estate attorney. Mike has formed close to 500 trusts. An effective Estate Planning attorney requires an attorney to look at the business interests, finances, and investments in order to help a client to make the critical decisions facing them. Mike has also had extensive experience in administering trusts as the Trustee during difficult trials of illness and death.

Mike has his undergraduate degree in Business Economics. He has formed and advised dozens of business entities, as well as authored and/or reviewed hundreds of contracts, leases, agreements, etc. One of Mike's former clients was a publicly traded corporation. Mike has also been involved in the financing, purchase and sale of many businesses.
