This is the first time I rent my apartment, I had a lot of questions about a tenant that did not pay the total rent for almost a year. I hired Nicole anticipating an unlawful detainer action against problem tenants committing waste and numerous violations of the rental agreement. With new coVid rules on serving notices to tenants and new eviction rules, Nicole was a wealth of knowledge and competence in gathering evidence and prepa...ring and serving all the legally correct & sufficient notices to pave way to my incontestable right to evict these very destructive violators. Ultimatly the destructive packed up and ran .. simply because Nicole’s legally perfect notices cut off their ability to continue without being hauled into court & subjected to judgement. They left, abandoned mooting need for the unlawful detainer action to regain possesion. Nicole refunded, very fast, balance of my retainer upon hearing unlawful detainer was moot. She’s supper great, honest and very conscious about screening for honest & right before spinning her wheels. Was a huge breath of clean, clean air to have hired Nicole. I’m devastated by damages// filth/ destruction and yea wish I’d found Nicole before.. But she helped stop ongoing...I’m very thankful for Nicole.
