Honest & Loyal

I have used Ken Elliott many times. Not only to represent me but my family as well. Doesn't matter the amount of charges agains't you. Elliott will always get you the best deal possible. I had been arrested a number of times & looking at going to prison. Elliott got me into a drug program & time se...rved. He always keeps you informed of your case. In my experience with Ken's representation I have been satisfied with the results every time. I have referred many people to him & never been disappointed. I always say if KEN ELLIOTT can't do it nobody can. Thanks for your honesty Elliott.

Great Lawyer!

Last year I was charged with three felonies. A friend of mine referred me to Ken Elliot. Hiring him was the best move I ever made. So to get into the nuts and bolts of my case. I was charged with Cultivation, conspiracy to cultivate, and sales of a controlled substance. I've never been arrested o...r charged with a crime in my life. This was some scary sh!t. After sitting and talking to Ken he reassured me that I would be ok. It was great to hear that. After some delays (on the prosecution side) we finally got our day in court at my preliminary hearing. I was nervous and afraid of what this day would be like. After hearing a lead narcotics detective (of 29 years!) LIE through his teeth about my supposed guilt, I almost gave up. But next was Mr Elliot's turn. And he came through for me. Mr Elliot pointed out the "discrepancies" in the prosecutions and the detectives case. It was like a TV show watching him work. At this point we were recessed to lunch. It was the longest hour of my life. I was prepared to hear that they had enough evidence to take me to trial. Much to my surprise I was wrong! As the judge went through each co defendants evidence they were found to have enough evidence to go to trial. Last up was me. The judge after reviewing the evidence asked the prosecutors some questions and took a long deep breath. He said he couldn't see the evidence. And in a few seconds threw my whole case out. My life had gone from the prospect of being a convicted felon to being a free man in seconds. Every case is different and there are no guarantees in the legal system. But I can tell you this. If your fighting for your freedom, Ken is the guy you want in your corner. The other two defense lawyers couldn't hold a candle to Ken. If they were my lawyers I would've wanted to fire them and hire Ken.

Horrible

I would have done better with a public defender. Drugs found in a car not registered to me a mile away from my house. The owner was doing bank robberies with that truck but during trial, he didn't even mention it to the jury. Paid him for fingerprint expert, but I didn't see a fingerprint expert. Pl...us I had 2 cases that I had to pay him separate for and he consolidated them. So the jury heard evidence from both cases. He is OK if you only want a deal but not for trial. 14 years at 80% for sales case

I am disappointed that Mr. Hamdi would post this when he knows exactly what happened. The truck parked a mile away from his house ALSO happened to contain parole paperwork with HIS NAME ON IT since he had only recently been released from is last prison commitment and a jacket. When he got arrested the SECOND time, the police found a large number of pictures of him wearing the jacket found in the truck. The trial judge did not allow us to put on. Evidence that the owner of the truck was in legal trouble, but we did get in evidence that the truck was not registered to Chuckie. He did pay for a fingerprint expert, and I, in turn, retained an expert. Mr. Hamdi never saw the expert because he was in custody when that person was retained. The expert found more evidence that implicated the defendant so, of course, that evidence was not presented at trial. It is true that he paid for two cases. THat is because he was charged with two separate cases. Ultimately the trial judge consolidated those cases over my objection. Despite his record and the evidence, I obtained a plea bargain offer of 5 years, and I strongly encouraged Mr. Hamdi to accept that offer. He steadfastly refused despite the fact that I warned him over and over that after trial he would get more time in custody. He asked if he could be a snitch but the prosecution was not interested in working with him. But it is true that after trial he got 14 years. However, as you can see, that was because he refused to accept my advice

Recomended Lawyer 2 thumbs up

Even though he specializes in criminal defense he did a great job with my DUI case. It was my 3rd DUI and they wanted to give me time in jail or prison from 6 months to a year. he made it so that I could keep my job and be under house arrest for 5 months that could turn in to 2 and a half months. He ...saved me from going to jail help me to keep my job and helped me with payments and a reduced sentence. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone that needs help he does tend to get busy but once he has time he does return your phone calls and keeps you informed on what's going on. if you need a good lawyer heir this man.

Fantastic Defense!

I had a warrant for my arrest for failure to comply for a DUI from four years ago. I hired Ken and he got me re-referred to everything. It is as if I am starting from square one. BEST attorney in SoCal.
