Stephanie Maria Caballero

Stephanie practices exclusively in assisted reproduction law, which includes surrogacy, egg donation, embryo donotion and sperm donation, where she brings her experience as an IVF patient to every client she represents. She is graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and the Southern California Institute of Law, where she graduated Valedictorian.

Stephanie has eight years of infertilitytreatment experience having endured more than 10 artificial inseminationprocedures, three surgeries, three miscarriages, and 13 IVF procedures tofinally realize her dream when a surrogate carried her twins. Stephanie also hadto adopt her twins because the state where they born did not recognizesurrogacy.

Stephanie is a board member of Resolve of San Diego,the National Infertility Association, and a member of the American Society ofReproductive Medicine, the San Diego Bar Association and the Lawyers Club ofSan Diego.
