I spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, first as a Motor Transport Officer and then as an attorney. During my 14 years as an active duty attorney, I served as a prosecutor, a defense counsel, an appellate lawyer, and a military judge. Since my retirement from the military I have represented servicemembers and veterans in appealing their court-martial convictions and repairing their military records.
