Experienced business attorney with MBA as well; Harvard Law School graduate. Former associate at leading California law firm Latham & Watkins, where he represented public and private companies on financings, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and tax planning. He also served as a senior executive for both public and private companies, having worked as in-house counsel for a public biotechnology company and as CEO and CFO for a private cleantech company, where he was involved in negotiating and documenting hundreds of transactions and agreements. During law school, he interned in the Boston office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Sabarsky is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
