Vatche Chorbajian

VATCHÉ CHORBAJIAN is a seasoned attorney educated in some of the finest schools in California. He received his Bachelors degree in Political Science from California State University, at Northridge and his Masters degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mr. Chorbajian received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1987 and has been practicing law continuously for over 25 years.

After law school, Vatché Chorbajian came on strong in the legal community as an insurance lawyer working for Allstate Insurance Company in the Los Angeles area. After handling hundreds of cases for the insurance company, and realizing the enormous power insurance companies have against consumers, he knew that handling insurance cases on behalf of consumers would be his career focus. Thus, he established his own Los Angeles-based law firm and began representing consumers.

In the beginning the firm started in a small one-room office in the City of Glendale. After achieving lots of success in Los Angeles, Mr. Chorbajian expanded his legal practice to San Diego and opened up an office in Del Mar. This past year he relocated his Del Mar office to the heart of Rancho Santa Fe, close to some of San Diego’s largest real estate and financial firms.

First and foremost, Vatché Chorbajian is an accomplished trial lawyer both in state and federal courts. Having successfully tried many cases, Vatché brings common sense and practical solutions to solve complex and difficult problems. Additionally, Vatché Chorbajian holds a broker’s license issued by the California Department of Real Estate. In his capacity as a real estate broker, Vatché has participated in many real estate transactions representing principals or advising buyers and sellers. Moreover, in the early 1990’s, Vatché Chorbajian served on the Board of Directors of a real estate development company and has been a general partner in a company that specialized in the construction of multi-family dwellings.
