I found Jonathan on the US Embassy Website (Sydney, Australia), and contacted him with instructions to start the process for my visa to move to the US with my American husband. The whole way through the process Jonathan kept me informed as to what was happening, what was required by the US governmen...t and estimated pretty much to the month how long the whole thing was going to take. He took detailed instructions from me, completed all the complex paperwork on my behalf which is in three stages, responded to emails promptly, provided very specific and easy to understand instructions. The visa process did take a long time - 17 months in all but that is due I suspect to the US Government security and protocols they have to follow and not any neglect on Jonathan's part.
