I recommend Mark Nelson 100%. From the beginning he listened to everything. The other side served me with papers filled with lies, completely untrue! Mark is incredibly knowledgeable about the law, the courts and how to prepare for a fight. I don't expect I will have to go back to court again but j...ust in case I told Mark to keep my file on deck until my youngest son turns 18.

I had a very complicated Child Custody case and it was not until I had Mark A Nelson involved that the Judge was able to understand clearly what was going on. The first time I used this attorney was in an ExParte and orders were granted that allowed me to have full Physical & Legal custody on a temp...orary/emergency basis. The hearing followed and again with Mark Nelson's help, full Physical &Legal custody were locked in! Be aware that we had to deal with two different judges over the course of this ordeal because the department was dark on one of my court dates. I was paniced throughout this time because there was so much at stake. I absolutely recommend this attorney. I do not believe I would have had the same outcome without his effort and organization.
