Lisa graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 1993, Lisa joined a San Diego Fortune 500 public utility company, where she managed organizations of over 250 employees, coordinated multi-million dollar budgets and helped negotiate collective bargaining agreements between union and management.
In 2008, Lisa was credentialed as a mediator through the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) in San Diego. She received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law with an emphasis certificate in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution, and is now a practicing attorney in the State of California and the Central District of California. Lisa also serves as a mediator on the San Diego Superior Court Civil Mediation Panel.
