Hiring an attorney can feel like a daunting task especially for custody disputes. From the moment I sat down to consult with Matt he put me at ease and listened intently to all of my concerns. Matt took the time to fully understand my situation and keep me informed throughout every turn of events (an...d there were many). He called me back promptly when I had questions. His friendly and down to earth attorney client relationship made me feel like we were always on the same team and that I had the best attorney in my corner. The entire team at Palmer Rodak from the receptionist to Mary in accounting made me feel cared for as a person not just a client, which I believe is invaluable. Matt and the team never clocked time that they were not truly working in my case they are fair and concise with their timekeeping and do everything in their power to not make things cost more than they have to which was even more impressive. During my court dates and evidentiary hearing Matt was extremely organized and reviewed everything with me prior so I knew what we would be reviewing each time. He was clear and concise, which I believe is the main reason I was able to receive such a positive outcome and convey my case to the judge in the appropriate manner.
