Biography
I am a civil litigator. I graduated from Harvard Law School cum laude in 2007. I am a former federal prosecutor. I am a pragmatist but I am not affraid of the courtroom. I have conducted ten jury trials, have written thirteen appellate briefs for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and have conducted oral argument four times in front of the Ninth Circuit.
My practice encompasses (1) general civil and business litigation, (2) trademark disputes, (3) copyright disputes, and (4) trade secret litigation.
