**Worst Legal Representation I Have Ever Experienced** I hired Oscar Valencia at Elite Criminal Defense Attorney and it was, without a doubt, the worst decision I have ever made. Not only did he grossly overcharge me for his services, but virtually everything he told me turned out to be a complete... lie. He promised me I would not go to prison — **I went to prison.** He assured me I would not be placed on probation — **I am on probation.** His word meant absolutely nothing. On top of the broken promises, getting in contact with him was nearly impossible. Phone calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and I was left in the dark at every critical stage of my case. There were times I had no idea what was happening with my own legal situation because he simply could not be bothered to respond. Most unforgivably, he failed to show up to court when he was required to be there. As a direct result of his negligence and incompetence, I was held in jail for an **additional 30 days past my scheduled release date** — 30 days of my life taken from me because my attorney could not do his job. This man took my money, made promises he never intended to keep, abandoned me when I needed legal representation the most, and left me to suffer the consequences of his failures. My experience with Elite Criminal Defense Law Firm from the beginning doing research this was the great choice. With college degrees and alleged court room experience. From my point of view I noticed that I was told what I wanted to hear. I quote "Its a piece of cake." As well as "It's a walk in the ...park." Honesty is a character trait that I value and Elite Criminal Defense Law Firm lied continuously. I would of appreciated and respected them more if they would of had been truthful from the beginning. What they did was post pone court dates and asked for more money. Money is not a problem for me. I was deceived by what the outcome that Elite Criminal Defense Law Firm was trying to accomplish. He was so quick to try and make a deal, no real defense he is too old for this and he doesn't care if u have a serious case he can't handle the pressure!! Please don't waste your time or money on this man he is not for you I promise!! My Public Defender was way more helpful then him!! I'm warning yal...l!! This guy IS TERRIBLE!!!
