Performing counseling and transactional services in all areas of business, including but not limited to business formation, partnership and buy-out agreements, and the negotiation and preparation of all commercial contractual documents.

Performing employment and HR needs primarily for small to mid-size businesses, including providing management guidance as to personnel matters from initial offer through entirety of employment relationship. This work often includes the negotiation and preparation of executive employment agreements, drafting and implementation of practices and policies (handbooks) and assisting management with disciplinary matters, including counseling and defending management with employment disputes.

Performing counseling and transactional services in all areas of real estate, including but not limited to commercial purchase agreements, ground leases, easements, licenses, commercial project-wide encroachment agreements and commercial solar transmission licensing and encroachment agreements.
