THE PERFECT FRAUD

I FEEL THIS ATTORNEY HAS FAILED ME AS A CLIENT AND HAS ACTIVELY DECEIVED ME AND STALLED ME TO PREVENT ME FROM HAVING TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIS FIRM. THEY HAVE MISSED A CRITICAL FILING DATE, THAT CAUSED THE LOSS OF AND PRESERVATION OF MY ORIGINAL FILING DATE WITH THE VA ON MY DISABILITY CLAIM. I ...HAD EVEN CONTACTED THEM 2 MONTHS BEFORE MY FILE DATE ON MY APPEAL FOR DISABILITY WAS UP AND THEY ASSURED ME IN WRITING THAT IS WAS TAKEN CARE OF. HIS OFFICE HAS PURPOSELY DECEIVED ME WITH STORIES AND TELLING ME THAT THE 3 YRS DELAY WAS ALL DUE TO THE VA. I BELIEVED HIM UP UNTIL I CALLED THE VA, THEY HAVE NO RECORD ON FILE OF THE "NOD" BEING FILED (ever) MR LIPPMANN HAS FAILED TO SHOW ME THE STATUS OF MY APPEAL, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN DEMANDING IT FOR OVER 2 YRS. HIS OFFICE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT IT WAS THE VA BEING SLOW AND NOT RESPONDING. AND NOT TO WORRY THEY HAD EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL AND IT WAS ALL FINE. WELL 6 MONTHS AGO I HAD A DAV REP TELL ME SOMETHING WAS WRONG AND THAT I SHOULD CHECK THE VA MYSELF. WELL IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO ASK FOR WITH THE VA AND TO HAVE THEM IN FACT VERIFY THAT MY FILING DATE OF MY APPEAL HAD BEEN MISSED. I CONTACTED MR LIPPMANN OFFICE AND WAS TOLD BY THE PARA LEGAL THAT THE VA WAS MISTAKEN AND THAT HEY HAD FILED SOME KIND OF PAPER WORK THAT PRESERVED MY FILING DATE AND NOT TO WORRY, THAT MY CASE WAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND NEEDED SPECIAL ATTENTION. MR LIPPMANN'S OFFICE DID SEND ME A COPY (NOT VERIFIABLE SEVERED) OF THE NOD, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS GOOD ENOUGH UNTIL THE VA TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO HAVE PROOF OF SERVICE TO EVEN TRY TO GET MY FILING DATE BACK. OTHER WISE NOTHING DOING. I IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF HIS PARALEGAL, AND TOLD HER ABOUT IT AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET IT FIXED AND THAT MR LIPPMANN WAS PERSONAL AT THE VA OFFICE TRYING TO GET THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT! THE 2ND CALL AND SEVERAL EMAILS LATTER SHE STALLED ME AND SIDE STEPPED MY QUESTIONS, I REQUESTED A ITEMIZED BILL, HOPING TO GET A CHRONOLOGICAL LIST OF THINGS ACCOMPLISHED ON MY CASE BY THEIR OFFICE. AND I COMPLETE COPY OF MY FILE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY A VERIFIABLE STATUS REPORT AND PROOF OF SERVICE ON THE "NOD" TO THE VA. AS OF TODAYS DATE THESE REQUESTS HAVE GONE UNRESPONDED TO0, OUTSIDE OF THE FACT THAT HIS OFFICE TELLING VIA PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS THAT NOT TO WORRY EVERYTHING IS ON TRACK AND OK. I HAVE REQUESTED A FACE TO FACE MEETING WITH HIM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND WAS TOLD HE WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE. AS A MATTER OF FACT I HAVE BEEN REFUSED A APPOINTMENT TO COME TO HIS OFFICE TO GET THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SIDE STEPPED AND TOLD HE WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE AND NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT I FOUND OUT THE TRUTH IS, THAT HE DOESN'T REALLY HAVE A STAFFED OFFICE. ITS A ANSWERING SERVICE AND A PARALEGAL WHO WORKS FROM HOME. THIS APPEARS TO HAVE COST ME WELL OVER A 100K PLUS, OF LOST INCOME SERVICE , MEDICAL CARE AND FAMILY MEDICAL CARE AND EDUCATION BENEFITS THAT WERE PAID FOR OUT OF POCKET ALL BECAUSE FOR THE LAST 3 YRS I HAVE BEEN PURPOSELY MISLEAD AND LIED TO, I SPECULATE THAT IT WAS TO RUN OUT THE STATUE OF LIMITATIONS. BECAUSE HE WAS TRYING TO SHAKE LEGAL ETHICAL AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS SCREW UP. SO PEOPLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS LAW FIRM THANK YOU AVVO FOR ALLOWING ME TO VOICE WHAT I BELIEVE IS HAPPENING. ITS TERRIBEL THAT A DISABLED AND CRIPPLED VET WHO CANT EVEN TAKE A SHOWER OR COOK FOR HIMSELF AND WHO IS SERVICE CONNECTED DISABLED, CAN'T GET A FAIR SHAKE! Disclaimer, this is a quick and noninclusive example of what i have gone through. There is so much more, but i tried to make it brief and to the point. I reserve the right to add to, edit and or change the events and actions at any time. This is a statement of my opinion based on my observations and certain facts as i know them.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
