Elizabeth Mullins Kerr

Ms. Kerr has been our corporate attorney for several years. She is always very clear with us and explains the legal issues in terms relating to business impact. She's also very good a helping us negotiate and settle complex situations without going to court--very cost effective legal support. Ms.... Kerr is highly detail oriented and will research issues very thoroughly to provide the best legal advice possible. She sometimes goes into more depth than we need but I'm not sure that's a bad thing for an attorney to do. We feel our business interests are well represented. Lastly, Ms. Kerr is an excellent legal writer. Not only are her documents legally sound but they are understandable by the rest of us which is a very valuable skill. We highly recommend Ms. Kerr.
