Ann E. Kinsey

My brother and I came to Ms. Kinsey after our Mother's death to help us fight a horrible, lopsided Trust conceived by our stepfather. We were hoping our step siblings would be willing to undo part of said Trust that left 46 years of marriage to them and only them. Ms. Kinsey helped navigate the b...ack and forth with their attorney. She remained professional and level headed while their lawyer became more and more aggressive, unnecessarily abusive and malicious towards us, my Mother, even Ms. Kinsey's firm. She was our rock during all of the ugliness! Unfortunately our step siblings don't see the merit that should come after 46 years of partnership/marriage, just like their father. Ms. Kinsey tried everything while maintaining complete professionalism! Sadly, we were unable to get them to give up any of the "horrible" Trust. The one thing I can say I got out of all of this.......is a friend!!! Someone I respect and will go to for all my attorney needs.
