I just have to say that this man remembers my case after 37 years in such great detail I was stunned. My case occurred in 1985 when he was a young ADA in Riverside California and I was a 10 year old victim of phedophile Able Delbert Perkins. As a little girl he gave me his personal phone number and I... called him many times over the 2 years my case was in court he comforted me in ways I’m sure he doesn’t even know. I called him yesterday and even though my case was 37 years ago he and I talked about it in great detail and it gave me some comfort to know that even though the perpetrator is gone my pain hasn’t been forgotten by this amazing person who prosecuted my abuser to the fullness extent of the law at that time. As God demands surprising acceptable aroma of obedience, this Lawyer has set an example and demonstration ...of a good shepherd who lays down his own life against an army of wolfs that attack/eat the sheep entrusted to him, The whole community of San Diego is the army of wolfs attacking the Rancho Guejito which is now being prevented and obstructed from advancement of civilization in that Ranch. I personally admire this Lawyer, HENRY P. RUPP, who took the pain of 20 long school years, just to be accepted polished person above the bar and who now has the strength and power to sue the San Diego County that prevent economic progress in that farm. The Rancho Guejito Corporation is the one taking the pain of spending $ million for improvements and maintenance in that farm land but the San Diego County even spend millions in Attorney Fees just to stop economic progress in that Ranch. Instead, the San Diego County spend $ millions constructing football stadiums that stop people from working and that is not even an industrial production entity. God intentionally made man in His image and in His likeness -- meaning -- as Holy as He is and as powerful as He is. This means -- that man is supposed to be able to move mountains and transfer oceans. Man is commanded to subdue the whole planet earth, breed and multiply to fill up the whole planet with people to the ends of the earth, but until now man has failed and we did not fill the oceans yet with people. The Muslims are obedient to some extent because they even have to marry 10 wives just to expedite the production of many people to inhabit the whole planet. Man is commanded to productively cultivate the whole planet earth to feed the burgeoning population -- that is -- no stone is left unturned on top of another. In view of the above, the big question now is: why now the San Diego County prevent economic production on the meager 23,000 acres Rancho Huejito and want to annex it to the 10,000,000 acres Cleveland National Forest -- stop civilization in those behemoth areas and leave it as fireman's playground. In fact, that so called forest is not even a shadow of a forest, but just comprise of cactus, small brown grass and small/dwarf chaparrals and not even one avocado tree is planted by the government, It is an insult to God's will if we do not cultivate the forest into productivity Remember that God is the King above all kings, His word is the law and we must accept that God is not democratic -- he wants His commandments be obeyed even without His presence. Unfortunately, the god of this world is Satan who wants every one to live in slum poverty and be satisfied living poor by eating cactus. As God has entrusted to man the whole planet earth, let us glorify His name and His kingdom, by nurturing His trust on us. Let us therefore make use of every square inch of the land, by converting all the lands into avocado forest, into windmill forest, into lobster fishponds, into solar power forest and mushroom/earthworm beds under the avocado trees -- so that we can feed millions of children.
