If you have a very complicated case, this is not the lawyer for you. She can however handle basic estate planning. But if you are expecting to have to go to court, there is much she does not know and will not do. Expect to be hounded on a monthly basis to send her 2500 or she will refuse to file t...hings in the court . the following is an actual email we received from her when asking her the disposition of a settlement within our family and forwarding her a copy of one of her own emails to us telling us she would make sure everyone in the family would be reimbursed for fees paid out:" I can't open your attachment. However, my "taking care of it" was based on the court's order that I be given the assets. That never happened - as you well know. At the time I sent it, had I gotten the money, that was what I planned to do. So, please, don't act like you think I owe you those reimbursements even though I didn't get the money; they are due from Mary since she never turned the assets over to me. And please don't just send a bunch of unnecessary emails expecting me to respond - I've cut my fees to GET OUT of this family mess, not to now be bombarded from others in the family and have to spend additional uncompensated time. "
