I have never met attorney Richard in person , I just googled Encinitas attorneys on my I phone and he was the first one I spoke to and I was amazed with his services , everything ended up very , very well ( I never needed to use any attorney"s services so far , and I was concerned /scared ). I contacted Mr. Rice to have him potentially take over a case I have another lawyer working on that never responds to my calls or e-mails. Mr. Rice went to the court house and read my file,went to the county recorders office and went to an ex-parte hearing in an effort to get information.I was extre...mely impressed with his efforts and knowledge.He recommended I stay with my lawyer for monetary and time reasons.I would recommend him strongly.He spent more time with me for the consultation than my lawyer spent with me the last 6 months. I had a customer delinquent with approximately $18000 in principal across several invoices. While Richard did help recover the principal owed I, maybe, would have liked a little more tenac...ity toward recovering additional damages in the form of interest.
