Failure to represent her client legal interest
From my own personal opinion and experience Ms. attorney Koliwer did not represent me well during my custody case. I found her knowledge of the law writing response motions to be almost non existent. I asked her several times to present evidence in which she repeatedly declined and was non responsive...

Almost 14 years later...but I still feel the need to share..
Kandy No showed appointments with me. She did not know the facts of my case. She did not present to the court clear and convincing evidence that I provided to her. The day after the judge finally allowed me to get her off of my case, my new attorney got the whole case dismissed and my child returned....

Left hanging
Kandy appears to be dedicated to your case snd then loses interest ... she left us hanging a week before an extremely important court date by removing herself from the case. Her excuse for doing so was not valid. This is after almost $20,000 invested in her.

what a waste of money
I would have been better off representing myself.... This attorney is completely unprepared for court and didn't even know what was going on. It was like having two attorney's for cps.
