Jeffrey Novack was an uniformed representative inside the courtroom. He was unfamiliar with the terms of my case on several occasions where we spoke on the phone. He had no strategy to complete the divorce process and just wanted to keep extracting money. $16,000 after I began I fired him due to i...ncompetence.

Dragged my simple divorce out for over a year. Could not handle simple tasks like sending out a tracer when there was no response from my ex from over 30 days. Extremely difficult to get a hold of. Once he stopped responding to both letters and phone calls with no explanation I had to get another law...yer to finish my SIMPLE divorce!

He did not have a vested interest in the outcome of the case; he was more concerned with how I was going to pay him. He merely served as a liaison with the court and nothing more. I felt that it was extremely difficult to contact him and he did not return calls promptly. His overall service is ver...y slow due to the fact that he only utilized mail correspondence as a means of communication. I honestly feel that he intentionally prolonged my case. His services devoured my $6,000 retainment fee rather quickly and continued to bill me without informing me that the retainer was depleted. He is a terrible lawyer.
