I have been practicing in Southern California for 30 years. I have extensive experience in bankrutpcy, litigation (going to court, personal injury and representing clients involved in business transactions (forming business entities, negotiating contracts, leases, etc.)
I am a graduate of U.C.L.A. and Whittier College School of Law. As the senior associate I practiced with the law firms of Fisher & Kreiner and also with Cook and Linden in Los Angeles from 1979 - 1985. In 1985 I started my own firm in Beverly Hills. At the Beverly Hills office my firm specialized in personal injury and business transactions. In 1989 I relocated the practice to the San Diego area where bankruptcy and personal injury have become my major emphasis.
I am a member in good standing with the State Bar of California (Bar no. 87072) I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorney's of San Diego, North County Bar Association. I have won awards for my pro bono work with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers for assisting indigent people with bankruptcy.
