Carol Louise Cavanaugh

Carol moved my case to a court room with a judge with a reputation for an anti-male bias (undisclosed at the time, though she later admitted to this reputation when asked directly about it) and then later again failed to disclose a conflict of interest which the judge had with my case (opposing counc...il had represented the judge during the judge's divorce). She failed repeatedly to file paperwork on time and/or completely. She billed for work on items (e.g. discovery related) after the discovery process was closed. She pushed out court dates (e.g. support payment adjustment hearing after I had lost my job) without adequate or any advance communication (driving up costs further) and often waited to the last hours/minutes to contact me about filing items to meet deadlines. After I switched attorneys, she failed to turnover all my records and personal property to the new attorney.
