Biography
I have been dedicated for over 30 years to helping Injured Workers get through very trying times in their lives.
Over the years I have developed what I call "GAME PLAN ANALYTICS" with which we, as a team, develop a full spectrum plan for the present and the future .
This is not a cookie cutter approach as each injured worker faces unique challenges during their case and often for the rest of their lives.
Collateral legal issues such as bankruptcy, divorce, criminal matters (dui, domestic violence allegations of WC Fraud etc.) retirement and vocational retraining to mention a few, are addressed and appropriate referrals are made.
This is rare in a Workers Comp practice as the fees are limited and most WC attorneys work on a volume basis with too narrow a focus, in my opinion.
Having watched the Truly Injured Workers' rights "Devolve" over these 30 years in this field I have a unique perspective of the Workers' Comp battlefield!
And make no mistake, this is a battle for the Freedom and Dignity of each and every Truly Injured Worker!
