Background:

Since 1995, when Ms. Raymond opened her law office, she has focused her practice on helping individuals and small businesses with matters dealing with financial difficulties and creditor disputes. Ms. Raymond is a skilled bankruptcy practitioner and civil litigator. She has represented clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and litigated claims against creditors and other companies for violating the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), the Federal Truth In Lending Act ("TILA"), the Federal Home Ownership Equity Protection Act ("HOEPA"), the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), the Telephone Communication Protection Act ("TCPA"), and the California Invasion of Privacy Act ("CIPA").
