Crosser law is thorough and meticulous about careful preparation and correction of any errors that may be found. All needed documents such as grant deeds are identified, and Crosser law recovered these for us when missing, filed necessary papers with the county, and gave detailed instructions and forms for us to take to our banks, stock brokers, etc. He gave us a big, well organized binder ("The Blue Monster") with all relevant documents and instructions, including detailed instructions for our kids to follow as successor trustees. All this for a reasonable price. Bravo!
