Catharine Elisabeth Kroger-Diamond

I hired her for a personal injury on a contingency basis. I wouldn't here from her for 6-9 months at a time. I have several communications regarding this. It took almost 3 years, and then I wasn't given a heads up of when my deposition/mediation was scheduled until a few weeks in advance. I was... still in a lot of pain and still am, but she didn't seem to believe me. She sent me to the worst doctor. I had medical insurance but wasn't told I could see my own doctor. I wanted surgery, but it was too late. At the mediation she said if I wanted to take it to trial, she said that I would have to give her money up front, to put some skin in the game, even though she already had an initial payment of $5000 from the insurance company.
