OUTCOME: Policy Limits

This case arose from a bicycle versus automobile accident. Our client's past medical specials were significant due to the nature of being struck by a driver while he was riding his bicycle to the Ocean ... side coaster station on his way to work downtown. In the accident, he was thrown off his bicycle sustaining a concussion, fractured wrist and long term brain injuries.
